We are requesting you authorize an investigation by the International Criminal Court (ICC) into a crime against humanity under Article 7 of the Rome Statute directed at those responsible for the design, funding, execution, analysis, and publication of an unethical scientific experiment conducted on hundreds of children. The experiment exposed the children to significant amounts of mercury, a deadly poison, in order to justify the use of dental amalgam fillings.
